This is an antique bar brooch with a C-clasp. The marker's mark is a fish with STER on the back. In the research I did, the closest thing I could find on the Makers Mark was Fishel Nessler & Co. But I can't confirm it. The stones are in good condition, a couple little ones have slight discoloration, but for the age, this is in great condition.
