This wonderful Pennino brooch is done in the style of art deco. A flourish of feather-like curves is attached in the middle by a double row of kelly green rhinestones. Suspended from this are 3 rhinestone tipped tendrils of various lengths. Signed Pennino Sterling, it is an outstanding example of 30s or 40s costume jewelry. Some tarnish could use a polish and the middle stone on the second drop has darkened some. Good condition for age. 3 1/2 in. longPlease message me with any questions
