Binder has some dents and scuffs on plastic. It is rather dusty inside the binder too. Refer to photos for condition. Edges and corners are looking very good on binder! Card have not been taken out of binder since originally purchased, some cards are not in mint condition in the sleeves, soft lightly damaged edges from manufacture or mishandling. In overall great condition.
