The Process:
The Harley Davidson Flag is first cut down to size into 13 individual pieces then sanded. It is then given a 'charred' effect by burning the top layer of each board to give it a beautiful unique look and brings out the beautiful wood grain of our hand picked wood.
The boards are then stained with multiple coats of Minwax stain and then glued and nailed and clamped for hours.
Once the flag is together we then engrave the Stars and the Harley Davidson logo before protecting and sealing it all with Minwax Polyurethane
