This vintage German stoneware tobacco jar is attributed to Marzi & Remy and features a rich cobalt blue glaze with detailed figural relief. The raised design depicts a traditional Renaissance hunting scene, including dogs, trees, and a costumed nobleman. Perfect piece for collectors or use as a humidor, canister, or decorative jar.
Note that the wood lid has a small scratch (see photos) and the moisture control is cracked at the top. This has been tested and it does not affect its ability to hold water or humidify.
