Turn the little knob and Mary moves back and forth a little bit. Push the other know to hear a squeak and play peek-a-boo with the little lamb It’s in good used condition for being 45 years old! One of the straps on the back is missing the square piece to keep it in but could probably be permanently glued as only the bottom of the straps really need to be adjustable for attachment.
