Hello!! I recently transferred phones and got logged out of the email that was used on my MERCARI acct and support has not been able to help me get back in so, I just wanted to make a quick listing to explain that I no longer have access to the acct, the funds in the acct and any way to fulfill orders! If you see an item on the acct you can definitely message me to post new photos for proof of having the items on hand! Most items will be relisted with new product photos! I wasn't too sure how to prove the acct was me besides posting my insta stories that line up with listing times! If you have bought anything within the last week I would recommend refunding it as I can't do anything to access any part of any order!
