Set of water soluble pastels. Perfect for easy blending and creating a watercolor type effect. Please note, used crayons are generally lightly used, many are not used at all. See photos for condition. These were bought second hand and it looks to be a mix of different generations of Neocolor II. I am unsure whether these are the original shades for the set, however, I do know one color was added and I believe it was the silver. Comes with tin.
