In regard to the negative review, i want to clarify what happened. The customer purchased a keychain and upon arrival she stated “it was broke” i agreed to send a replacement with the shirt she had ordered, but then backed out of. I stated “i will not be able to send a replacement by its self because of shipping charges being so expensive but would gladly send a replacement with her next purchase.” As she has previously purchased from me and i assumed she would again in the future. She did in fact place another order so i sent the replacement (keychain hook) being human like i am i may have worded a response in a manner that was not professional but immediately regretted it and i thought it was all worked oit
