Loose G.I. Joe vs Cobra Depth Charge 2003 (?) no accessories

My familiarity with 12" Joes from ANY era is marginal. I only ever personally owned ONE 30th anni repro-Joe from the original line, and the reintroduction RAH wave that had the Snake Eyes with the red-lensed visor popped up a couple years after I'd moved on. This guy's a thrift store find. Looked faintly like a Max Steel figure, but then NOT so much, upon closer inspection. Mold stamp on the butt reads '96, but I don't think Depth Charge got ANY figures 'til '03. Only found ONE picture that looks similar to this guy online anywhere. Minus all his gear, here. Has some paint job wear on some of his wetsuit's blue highlights. Joints are still fairly stiff. Mostly grabbed him to offset the cost of a thrift store run that netted a bunch of random household stuff. Price/value is an utter GUESS. By all means, ask questions/make offers/request bundles. Communication 100% welcome, ALWAYS! Don't forget to have a look at all my other random stuff! :)
