This Pilot Metropolitan fountain pen with a Stainless Steel nib is in excellent condition. It has been inked one time and used for about one month. It was then cleaned, flushed and air dried. There are no scratches, dings, nicks or gouges on the barrel, cap or section. The stainless steel nib and chrome trim are bright and shiny. The pen will include one empty Pilot ink cartridge for you to fill with the ink of your choice. No converter included.
