Coach Vintage Y2K Penelope Bucket Tote. Style 9714. This Y2K vintage bag is classic Coach. With its front turnlock pocket, vintage Coach hangtag and key hood (Coach’s term for clochette), the bag says “vintage Coach.”
It’s a rare one. None were on the market at the time of listing.
Very good 2001 vintage condition. Some scuffs and marks, white mark at bottom left front of bag; minor rubbing to piping.
Bag has been cleaned and conditioned with Leather CPR. Cleaning revealed use of colorant, particularly on piping and bottom of bag. Cleaning removed a lot of the colorant. Leather is supple.
Brass hardware; vintage hangtag and key hood; front exterior pocket with turn-lock close and signature “C” fabric lining on flap; back exterior slip pocket; signature “C” fabric lining; interior zip pocket; 3 interior slip pockets; 10.5” strap drop.
