The 27 stories tall Midtown hotel was designed by Schwartz & Gross, with Herbert J. Krapp as consulting architect, it was developed by brothers Henry and Irwin Chanin and opened on February 1, 1928, as the Hotel Lincoln. Today the building still exists as Row NYC. A fantastic postcard with what looks like the details of someone’s stay in 1937. Item shows no observed damage. Expect age appropriate wear but nothing that takes away from its charm. Please see all images for further details.
