This is unmarked but I believe this in made in Spain and handblown. This is a swirled recycled glass with a scalloped edge. No chips or cracks. There are some black scuffs as pointed out in close ups along the edge. There is one area that I have pictured that has a more matte look compared to the rest which is glossy. Its not really noticeable to the eye, but you can feel the roughness. I believe this is decorative and I would not recommend it being used for serving food.
