This vintage 1970's maxi wrap skirt was made by Harriet Langmas (an Oregon designer) out of coordinating yellow fabrics with polka dots & mod florals embellished with rick-rack & lace - it is a one-of-a-kind marvel! The reverse side has a yellow plaid fabric. It is heavy & very long - meant for a tall slender lady. There are 2 vintage buttons on each side (4 total) to overlap the wrap skirt - it could be altered to fit a different size (smaller or larger) by moving the buttons. It appears to have rarely or never been worn & is in excellent condition. Groovy!
