A bit rusty in some areas, could maybe use a cleaning and oiling (?) but both work just fine. Clamps tight and releases no problems.
May be dusty from being in storage. My husband passed away in February and I am slowly going thru his tool hoard from the basement and tool closet. Some will be “new” unused, some worn, some were his father’s or mine… most will NOT be spotlessly clean! There is a bunch and since I have to move I will be adding things as I get to them. Please check back often.
