Hot Sam Pretzels was a restaurant chain that sold soft pretzels in malls across the United States. The chain was founded in Michigan in 1966.
In 1971, General Host purchased the company then sold it in 1986. In 1995, Mrs. Fields acquired the chain.
In 1996, Mrs. Fields merged Hot Sam Pretzels with Pretzel Time, and the last Hot Sam Pretzels locations were converted to Pretzel Time in 2005.
