12 inch Carbon Steel Pan. Comes with Stay-Cool Silicone Grip.
Naturally nonstick from the process of seasoning. Traditional nonstick will wear off and when scratched the coatings can release potentially harmful chemicals. Carbon steel becomes more nonstick the more you use it and will last forever. Carbon steel offers all the same benefits as cast iron but not as heavy. It is extremely versatile and oven safe (just remove the silicon grip) and you can safely use metal on it.
I have pre-seasoned the pan with 3 coats.
