'Francee' is one of the most stunning, white-margined hostas. Dark green, glossy, heart-shaped leaves are brilliantly outlined by narrow white margins. These heart-shaped leaves can grow up to 8" long. It is a hybrid of H. 'Fortunei Albomarginata'. It grows in dense rounded mounds that grow to 24" tall and 48" wide. Luscious purple blooms emerge in Midsummer. It is a great border plant, it attracts hummingbirds, it is extremely easy to care for, has a hardiness for extreme cold temps. Tolerates poor acidic soils. It can easily be used as erosion control. A must have for your woodland garden.
