There is a dent around the lens - this does not affect the shooting or function.
The film rewind knob is missing the very tip - makes it slightly more annoying to rewind.
The frame counter appears to be dysfunctional.
The case is missing the Minolta badge.
Otherwise, this camera shoots and flashes and beeps just as Japan intended.
