this was welded all the way for support
unfortunately this was made on a whim so the epoxy fell apart, but can be fixed easily if you have experience with 3d printing!
files were from the dangerous ladies!! the bottom parts were from miccostumes' other chest plate! frill attachment i got from a trim spool on amazon and superglued on!
approximate size is for a waist 28 and i think d cup? i am waist 25 and a b cup but wearing a push up helped make it fit!
