Penn Stateopoly Board Game / Penn State Version of Monopoly / 100% Complete

This is a Penn Stateopoly board game. This is a Penn State themed version of Monopoly made by Late For The Sky. The game is 100% Complete and all the pieces are there and they are in good shape. The board itself has 3 small spots of wear. There is a few small edge marks in the middle on the Penn State logo where the board folds in half. There is also a small mark on the board to the left of the Penn State logo and a small dot stain on the bottom of the Parking Lot 80 property. Otherwise the game itself is in Good shape. The storage box however has a lot of shelf wear to it. The left corner of the box has a split and the rest of the corners and edges on both the top and bottom sides of the box have a lot of white edge marks. All of these flaws are shown in the photos. Nothing catastrophic. It comes from a smoke free and pet free home and will be packaged and shipped with great care.
