Excellent condition. No chips, cracks or other damage. This Cantonese pot or 'jar' helps slow cook soup by doing it inside the jar that sits half-way in boiling water. The double boiler with ingredients is placed in a larger soup or stock pot. Double-boiling is one of the techniques that Cantonese people use to make their soups. This jar is 6" high, 6" diameter with inner 5.5" diameter lid.
